A Tiny Dancer: Part 2

Scarlet loves dancing. She dances all the time. She took a tap and ballet class this time last year, but we just don't think she was quite old enough to take it all in and really do that "follow the directions" thing. So, she's been to the Little Gym instead in between, but just recently started a new class at a new and amazing studio. And, let me tell you - the difference between last year and this is amazing. She is SO into everything the teacher says and does, and even with a 45 minute class, she never got bored or stopped listening to what her instructor was saying. She was a superb and tiny little dancer. I can't wait to see where she takes this.

Here are just a few pics from class. My apologies for quality. The window looking in the room has a dark film on it so the kids can't see us that well. But it also made it hard to get good photos.

Waiting on the instructor.

"Now, point your toe."

So cute!!

Arms up...

I can't hear what they're doing, so I'm not 100% sure of the point of this exercise, but it was so cute to watch them stretch it out.

Happy little ballerina (and tap dancer)!
